then yesterday swimming finished early,sang with Iffah Gatsby song while shampooing

then today not supposed to go for PE but in the end just went anyway
i realise Kranji kind of has a well-crafted PE programme,learn more games and its fun
today didn have field hockey(gd,that's tiring if you're not goalkeeper),learn Ultimate Frisbee(like captain's ball,but once drop give to other team unless u hit),which we at first play with tennis ball
uhh,i'm not gd at frisbees,tennis ball was easier=P
i goaler,stay at captain side,haha,pretty relaxed job,i dun run much(:
same with field hockey,i goalkeeper
play all-girls' team,except Nathan kena sent to the girls' team me and xm and khorli and cilian and monkey was playing against
ohya,the Nighthawks(Nathan and HuiQi) were power man..
Nathan tall and is boy and badminton player~strong athlete;P
HuiQi very good captain,catch easily

last time at band investiture and they were playing captain's ball ah,he goalperson(not in a hoop,but on a bench) catch ball like what the hell"HOW HE DO?!0_0"
it was like going past him then his hand went behind and touched it then he brought it back forward and held it there.and he looked SO RELAXED AND UNSCATHED throughout the game!!
usually goalperson look alittle panic when trying to catch ball..
then do push-ups with prabha also,he was demonstrating like in band we shld do push-up till almost on the ground
then he can do like so many(i forgot,30+ or 40 or 20?) and look not tired at all!while prabha(who they say is strong) was bending upwards like hell.he's 40-yrs-old,man..

and i shall go eat cempedak now,bye(:
